LiveSpace.Cloud is operated by ANC. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, organization, role.
- Authentication credentials — passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
- Usage data — actions taken in the platform such as login times, instances managed, events scheduled, and reports generated.
- Instance telemetry — data sent from your on-premises LiveSync deployments, including media playback audit records and instance health.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Authentication cookie — keeps you signed in. Cleared when you log out.
- Antiforgery cookie — protects against CSRF attacks. Required for forms to submit.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking. No data is shared with marketing platforms.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Audit and usage data is retained per your account's data retention settings.
You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the address below.
Who has access
- You and other authorized users within your account.
- ANC support engineers, only when troubleshooting an issue you have reported.
- No third parties without your explicit consent.
Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Industry-standard authentication and access controls are enforced throughout the platform.
